The directors and staff of AA Holdings were invited by the Mayors of Tianjin and Guangzhou to attend "The Third International Cooperation Summit for Asia-Pacific CEOs & Provincial Governors and Mayors" in Tianjin and Guangzhou from the 10-14th December. AA Holdings were honored to meet both Mayor Dai Xiangiong and Mayor Zhang Guangning of these two great and emerging cities amongst other government and business leaders in China.

AA Holdings General Manager, Albert Teo was recently given the honor to represent and act as advisor to former Chancellor of Germany Mr. Gerhard Schroder at a recent UNICEF –Fapai joint event in Wenzhou. The event was a major success raising close to RMB $5 million.

The directors of AA Holdings would like to announce that Albert Teo has been recently appointed the Executive General Manager of AA Holdings. Albert has over 15 years experience in the procurement of property and products in China. Over the last 15 years Albert has traveled extensively to China and has a deep understanding of Chinese culture and has an established business network across Asia. 

Albert is a keynote speaker at many exhibitions and functions across the world and currently holds the title of Acting President of the Asia Pacific CEO Association- Australia (www.apceo.us), the Global Chairman is the Hon. Bob Hawke, former Prime Minister of Australia . Mr. Teo is also the Committee Member of the Australian Council for the Promotion of Peaceful Re-unification of China (www.acpprc.org.au). The directors of AA Holdings welcome Mr. Teo to the AA Holdings team.

The Directors of AA Holdings were recently invited to Hong Kong and China by Centaline to discuss the upcoming property exhibition and to meet the representatives from Centaline Guangzhou. Guangzhou is truly an amazing city, and is viewed as one of the big four cities in China. Guangzhou is the largest and greatest economic powerhouse in South China. Guangzhou City is populated by approximately 10,000,000 Chinese and is a venue for the upcoming “Australia’s Famous Cities Centaline Exhibition 2008”.

Centaline Guangzhou is the leading real estate company in Guangzhou with over 1000 sales staff and over 150 retail sales shops.

The directors of AA Holdings met the management of Centaline Guangzhou and we thank them for their hospitality as well as the Centaline Hong Kong office. AA Holdings were able to witness first hand the massive scale of the Centaline operation across China, and were very impressed by its structure, cooperation between cities, and the knowledge and expertise of its team.

The directors and staff of AA Holdings recently hosted high-ranking Centaline China representatives from the Hong Kong head office in a tour of Australia’s leading developers and developments.

Mr. Yeung, Mr. Leung and Mr. Cheung from Centaline China were shown around the major cities of Australia. They met leading property developers in Australia and visited the most outstanding developments in the country, choosing developments that may feature in the upcoming ‘Australia’s Famous Cities Projects Centaline Exhibition 2008’.

On behalf of the directors of AA Holdings, a dinner was held on the 30^th July to honor our special guests from Centaline China. All AA Holdings staff and business partners attended the dinner held at the Noble House Chinese Restaurant to mark the expansion of Centaline China in Australia. The guest of honor, Miss Australia 2007 – Caroline Pemberton was invited and was photographed with some of the night’s guests.
